While we offer unlimited disk space, and bandwidth, it’s essential to adhere to certain terms and conditions. This unlimited offer applies to web pages, domains, and web graphics not downloads or streaming media. Our shared hosting servers have limitations on memory and CPU usage. CPU-intensive files, hosting mp3s, videos, anime, .rar files, Warez, gamer sites, shoutcast, and similar content is not allowed. We don’t support using our servers for computer backups or general storage. Hosting downloads or upload portals and acting as a distribution point for mass quantities is prohibited.
No HYIP, Ponzi, or pyramid schemes allowed. Our servers are intended for web content viewable in browsers, like PHP, SQL, HTML, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .XML, .SWF, and .PDF. Special software or non-browser-viewable content is considered downloads or multimedia.
Free Hosting:
Unlimited packages don’t permit free hosting. If you intend to offer free domain-based hosting, choose our metered packages. Free hosting is only allowed when users have their own domains. Sub-domain hosting is limited, and clients should have their domains. We reserve the right to request metered packages if free hosting negatively impacts our business customers.
Data Backup:
While we perform regular backups, we’re not responsible for data loss. Maintain a local copy of your web data for your backup needs.
Backup Policy:
You can keep only one backup in your individual account for up to 3 days. Backups older than 3 days will be deleted. It’s your responsibility to download backups within this timeframe to prevent data loss.
Acceptable Use Policy:
Respectful, responsible, and courteous internet usage is expected. Our acceptable use policy is strictly enforced, including illegal activities, undesirable content, bulk email, spam, misuse of resources, and adult sites. If you’re uncertain about content, consult with us before posting.
Refund Policy:
Our business and unlimited hosting packages offer a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee for monthly plans (excluding VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, administrative fees, custom software installs, or domain purchases).
Moving to Another Host:
Upon moving to another host, our contract is canceled, and we’re not liable for post-transfer activities (such as data loss). If you’re moving hosting accounts but keeping domains with us, inform us, or we may remove your domain records.
Domain Registration & Renewal:
No money-back guarantee for domain registrations. These are non-refundable.

Illegal content leads to immediate account suspension and penalties ranging from $50 to $500, depending on your plan.

Payment Policy:
